Your enquiry messages are processed securely via Google Workspace (Gmail) under strict access controls. Any online shop payments are handled independently and securely via Square Online — we do not access or store your credit/debit card financial records.

We keep your personal contact information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the service requested, comply with legally required financial record-keeping, and support your ongoing vehicle aftercare.
